Exploring continuance intention to use electric motorcycles among students in Hanoi using expectation confirmation theory

To sustain the development of urban transportation, electrifying private motorized vehicles is a top goal besides public transport. This study aims at investigating influential factors continuance intention to use electric motorcycles based on an extension Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT). empirically test proposed conceptual framework, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and data 394 students in Hanoi collected August 2022 are used. The results show that perceived usefulness satisfaction directly facilitate while ease expectation confirmation have indirect positive effects.
